We had an incredible day here at Harrisburg on Easter Sunday. Over 2,000 people participated in worship and grew in the Gospel between our three services! I will be the first to tell you that numbers are not our priority, but they are an indicator of what the Lord is doing these days at Harrisburg. I wanted to thank you for the many ways you are reaching out, sharing the Gospel, encouraging others, and inviting friends to Harrisburg. The number of people we had in our services is the direct result of your commitment to the Lord’s work here in our church and our community.
Join me in praying for the Lord to continue to grow us in our maturity and our influence as we move forward into April. On April 8, 2018 we begin our new “Foundations” sermon series based on Ephesians 2:20-21. The goal of this series is to continue to build our lives, our families, and our church on the person and work of Jesus Christ. You can pick up a devotion guide for the month at the church, and in addition we will post a family devotion you can use at home each Monday that is directly related to our sermons.
Take time this week to thank our incredible ministry staff, volunteers, greeter teams, ushers, deacons, and everyone involved in the music ministry for the work they put into our Easter weekend.
Christ is Risen!
