music & worship

"Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise..."

psalm 100:4

The Music & Worship Ministry promotes fellowship, worship, leadership, and missions.
Take a look at all our music ministries below. We would love for you to be a part!

Kid's Jam

Kid’s Jam is made up of K-6 graders that meet on Wednesday nights. Kindergarten meets from 5:30-6p and 1-6 grades meet from 5-5:45pm. These children’s choirs are fun, energetic, and creative times designed to teach children about our great God and some of the many ways we can worship Him through music, all while learning the fundamentals of music. Each of our choirs are led by wonderful teachers and helpers here in our church that are passionate about teaching children about worship.

Heritage Singers

The Heritage Singers choir is a happy team of senior adults (age 50+) who love to sing and minister to those who need an encouraging touch.

Sanctuary Choir

The Sanctuary Choir is one of the main worship-leading bodies at Harrisburg and is for adults who feel called to the great task of leading our people in worship through music. Not only do we lead our church in congregational worship songs, but we also sing musical offerings on behalf of the congregation. No audition is necessary, we’re looking for worshippers, not just incredible singers. This group meets on Wednesday nights from 6-7:15p in the Music Suite.

Orchestra

The Sanctuary Orchestra is made up of High School and older musicians who have played their instruments for at least three years. This group enhances and enriches our worship by supporting the congregation’s voice and adding special moments of instrumental praise. We meet on Sunday mornings at 7:30am to rehearse and prepare to lead at our 8:30am service.

Band & Front team

The band and front team lead worship at our 11am Modern service. We’re always looking for more people to lead in worship at our band-led service. We rehearse Wednesday nights from 7:30-8p.
